1. Nark-astra, The Hell Weapon
The weapons he possesses make him the destroyer of worlds, and he burns for revenge. A high-tech take on ancient Indian mythology.

2. Death by Crowd
The dark desires of the masses; darknet websites fueled by a crypto-currency. What lurks in the background – an advanced artificial intelligence?

3. Genie
He rubbed a lamp alright, but what he got was the shock of his life. An entirely sci-fi take on the djinn myth.

4. Time Crawlers
There are individuals who existing in multiple time periods at once, and there are those who know about them….

5. Eclipse

6. The Cave
The fate of an advanced imperial race hangs in balance as a dark celestial entity meets a legendary protector.

My view:

This book consists of six stories of parallel universes which give wings to the imagination into the world of sci-fi.

The stories are completely different from each other and have no other connection with each other except that they all talk about supernatural and sci-fi elements.

The stories are all about the unrealistic or rather say yet unachieved things which are only in the dreams and not reality. The writing style is good but somehow it failed to keep me attracted to the story. The complex worlds created by the author is worthy the praise but it might have been more effective for me if it had been explained more in detail with something more in the story.

The stories feel a bit incomplete to me as we don’t know about the background of the story or the incidents that led to the actions happening at that time, it starts from middle of the events. Although one cannot deny the fact that the author has taken a huge leap in imagination to create such glorious as well as horrific tales. It can in one way taken as the depiction of the human world in which we are residing just in a different way using metaphors. I don’t know whether I am making any sense to you all.

Overall, if you are interested in reading about dystopian story with lot of new elements unheard before then you can give this story a try. I like to read about dystopian world but this book has failed to arouse intense curiosity from me.
